1. Acceptance of Terms 

By enrolling in any Skill Builder Short Courses offered by ECA Online, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with the course enrolment. 

2. Enrolment and Registration 

2.1 Eligibility: This offer applies exclusively to those who expressed interest in the courses from IT Masters. To enrol in a Skill Builder Short Course, you must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each course. 
2.2 Registration: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Any false or misleading information may result in the termination of your enrolment. 

3. Payment 

3.1 Course Fees: Free for the duration of this promotion from 1 December 2023 to 29 February 2024. 
3.2 Refunds: Not Applicable as these are free Skill Builder Short Courses for a duration of 3 months from 1 December 2023 to 29 February 2024.
3.3 Payment: No credit card information is required as these are free Skill Builder Short Courses that can be accessed for a duration of 3 months from 1 December 2023 to 29 February 2024.  

4. Course Access 

4.1 Duration: The duration of this offer is limited to a maximum of 3 months from 1 December 2023 to 29 February 2024. Access will be provided upon successful registration.  
4.2 These 140+ Skill Builder Short Courses are structured for self-paced learning, and no assistance or support will be extended. 
4.3 Non-Transferable: Your enrolment is personal to you and may not be transferred to another individual. 

5. Intellectual Property 

5.1 Course Materials: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and assessments, are the intellectual property of ECA Online and cannot be reproduced or distributed. 
5.2 Certificate: Upon successful completion of the course, you will be awarded a certificate of completion. 

6. Code of Conduct 

6.1 Respect: You agree to treat facilitators and fellow participants with respect, refraining from any form of harassment or discrimination. 
6.2 Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the course.

7. Termination 

7.1 ECA Online Group retains sole authority in granting and administering this promotional offer. 
7.2 ECA Online reserves the right to terminate your enrolment if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions. 

8. Amendments 

ECA Online reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 

9. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.  

By enrolling in a Skill Builder Short Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not enrol in these Skill Builder Short Courses.
